Rising Star French 75
Ingredients
- 1 oz Boss Molly Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 oz Champagne
Method
Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and top with chilled Champagne.
Spiced Pecan Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 oz Boss Molly Bourbon
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1/4 oz Spiced Pecan Syrup***
- Orange peel
Method
Stir syrup, bitters, and bourbon in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.
***Spiced Pecan Syrup: Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup toasted pecans, & 1 cinnamon stick over high heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 mins. Strain and refrigerate.
Amaro Bliss
Ingredients
- 2 Ounces Boss Molly Bourbon
- 1 Ounce Amaro
- 1/2 Ounces honey syrup*
- 4 Dashes chocolate bitters
- Orange Peel
Method
Stir bourbon, amaro, honey syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass
with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with large ice cube. Garnish
with orange peel.
*Honey Syrup: Equal parts honey and water
Midnight Manhattan
Ingredients
- 2 oz Boss Molly Bourbon
- 1 oz Amaro, typically Averna
- .75 oz All Spice Dram
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Method
Stir bitters, amaro, allspice dram, and bourbon in a mixing glass
with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel.
