Ingredient
1 oz Boss Molly Bourbon
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Champagne
Method
Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and top with chilled Champagne.
